inspire me #03: still pretty

I found an old stash of pictures I had collected from the net from say 4-5 years ago (before I really understood the bloggerverse) and I realised I still loved lots of the looks from way back then. It sorta reaffirmed where my tastes really lie as sometimes it's so easy to get caught up with whatever is new or is getting hyped. Back then I didn't really dress like this, out of insecurity I guess, but now I'm glad I'm over that old, unnecessary fear and feel good about wearing what I want.  Not sure if y'know what I mean but feelin' comfortable in my own skin was something I learned over a long, long time *fist pumps*.  What was also cool was that some of these were/are favourites because of the feel/look of the photo itself, and not necessarily the clothing. Something I didn't realise I was already into then as well.

Here were some of my top favourites from that stash I found. Lots were taken from lookbook I believe so I sadly have no idea who most of those bloggers were (again, so little understanding of the blogging world, if only I was into it then..) but of course there's Alexa Chung, Abbie Kershaw and The Veronicas (esp Lisa's outfit) thrown in.  I take no credit whatsoever for any of these pictures, but if you recognise any of the bloggers let me know!
